Official Review: Newcastle Groomers Targeted Victims with ‘Arrogant Persistence’

Authorities have apologised after mostly Muslim grooming gangs in Newcastle were allowed to target around 700 vulnerable women and girls with “arrogant persistence” because allegations were “not investigated”. As in other grooming cases, the attackers – of mainly Pakistani, Bangladeshi, and Indian background, and including an asylum seeker – plied their victims with drugs and alcohol. But unlike other scandals, many of those targeted were vulnerable over 18s, the 150-page Serious Case Review (SCR) report has found.

There is now an “urgent need” for the government to commission research into the “cultural values and attitudes” of grooming gangs, the report adds, calling on authorities to assume abuse is happening in every town and city.

In August 2017, 17 men and one woman were convicted of attacks on 22 women and girls aged from 13 to 25 between 2011 and 2014, following Northumbria Police’s Operation Sanctuary. The SCR found there were in fact around 700 victims of similar forms of sexual exploitation across the larger Northumbria Police force area, with 108 in the city of Newcastle.

Yet some of those investigating believe this number is just the “tip of the iceberg”, the report adds.

It says abusers were “not consistently investigated, disrupted and prosecuted” before 2014, and notes that “early responses had the appearance of blaming the victims for their behaviour and allocating them responsibility for making bad choices”. It also claims the response was “swift, determined and committed” after several victims came forward, however.

Unlike in Rotherham, “there was no evidence that any action or inaction by police or any other staff or officials were motivated or affected by fears of allegations of racism”, the report suggests.

The only attacker to co-operate with the report was an asylum seeker who singled out non-Muslims and targeted a 15-year-old girl. In a shocking and revealing passage, the report explains:

“He displayed no regret, claimed he only had sex with girls over the age of 16 years old and that they knew what they were doing. They were responsible and brought drugs onto his premises. One was homeless so what could he do? He was convicted because of a conspiracy by the Government, police and the judge who paid the victims. If convicted for rape in his home country, he would be beheaded or buried up to the neck and stoned. He was asked about what he thought about the United Kingdom and influences in his education. He said you can get anything here – any sex, drugs, alcohol. There is no control. He spoke in a derogatory way about lack of morals in British girls and did not go with Muslim girls because there are not many of them.”

The report’s author, barrister David Spicer, said: “Towns and cities across the country can learn a great deal from Newcastle; how it is dealing with this very serious national issue of women and girls being exploited sexually.”

He claimed that, “unlike some other areas, Newcastle agencies did not try and sweep this under the carpet but actively went looking for it and as a result a large number of perpetrators were arrested and prosecuted, and victims saved from further trauma”

The grooming gangs are predominantly from mu$lim-inspired cultures.
The men learn from birth that they are superior to women, who are considered to be property and treated as they will.
They learn from the hadith about their "ideal man" taking sex slaves.
They also learn from birth that kufar are lower than animals and beneath their consideration.

Put these things together in a relatively liberal culture like that of the west, like that in the UK where criticism of those i$lamic cultural characteristics is not just disowned but categorised as a mental illness (phobia) and could lead you to be imprisoned. Put those things together and you have grooming gangs, conditioned to treat non-mu$lim women as trash to be sexually abused at will, and with relative impunity due to connivance from their own community and inaction on the part of the authorities due to a pathological fear of being accused of "racism".

- Allah favors believers who perform jihad above other believers. Qur’an 4:95 “Those believers who stay other than those who are substantially injured are not equal to those who perform jihad for the sake of Allah with their money and their lives…“ True believers perform jihad with their money and with their lives.

- Allah is merciful to those who emigrate and perform jihad. Qur’an 8:74 “And those who believed and emigrated and performed jihad for the sake of Allah, and those who gave asylum and helped, those are the true believers; they will receive forgiveness and generous provisions.”

- Jihad is the best course of action. Qur’an 9:41 “March forth lightly or heavily, and perform jihad with your money and your lives for the sake of Allah. - Allah demands jihad even if a believer does not want to perform jihad. Qur’an 2:216 “War is decreed to you, and it is hated by you. And perhaps you may hate something, and it is good for you; and perhaps you love something, and it is evil for you. And Allah knows, and you do not know.” Allah commands all Muslims to perform jihad, but not all Muslims do jihad.

- Allah gives prosperity to the believers who perform jihad. Qur’an 9:88 “But the messenger and those who believed with him performed jihad with their money and their lives. And those have the good things, and those are the prosperous.” Islam teaches rape, terrorism, lying…

- Believers who do not go to war for Allah are hypocrites. Qur’an 3:167 “And that he might know the hypocrites, and it was said to them, ‘Come, engage in war for the sake of Allah, or contribute.’ They said, ‘if we knew how to engage in war, we would have followed you.’ They are closer on that day to infidelity than to faith…” Peaceful and moderate Muslims are hypocrites because they do not perform Islam’s jihad with their money and their life as required by Allah. Jihad is against ALL non-Muslims. Islam promotes violence, deceit…

- Allah orders believers to kill infidels and hypocrites. Qur’an 9:73 “O you prophet, perform jihad against the infidels and the hypocrites, and be harsh with them. And their abode will be hell, and evil is the final place.” Qur’an 9:123 “O you who have believed, engage in war against the infidels who are near you…” Allah commands all men, women, and children to perform jihad. The Muslim Brotherhood says that jihad is the way.

- Allah expects all believers to war against all non-Muslims or face a violent torment. Qur’an 8:39 says, “And engage in war with them until there will not be sedition and the religion will be completely to Allah.” Qur’an 48:16 says, “Say to those Bedouins who lagged behind [in battle], ‘You will be called to [face] a people of substantial mighty valor. You will engage in war against them, or they will become Muslims. So if you obey, Allah will give you a good wage; and if you turn away, as you turned away before, he will torment you with a painful torment.’”

There is no way these people can ever intigrate with liberal societies, or even learn to tolerate out values and morals.
